A member of a long-term care home in Burnaby tested positive for COVID-19.
Fraser Health showed Sunday that there is now an immediate reaction team at New Vista Care Home.
The outbreak is limited to one unit in construction and the member is now isolated in his home, Fraser Health says.
Visitors are limited to the installation and the flow of staff and citizens has also been restricted.
Clean-up measures have been advanced and citizens will now be screened twice a day for COVID-19.

There are 3,934 cases of the disease in British Columbia, according to a letter from the province. Of these, 3,353 patients have fully recovered, or about 85%.
The number of COVID-19 deaths in British Columbia remains in 195, and the province recorded a coronavirus-related death a week ago.
On Friday, Fraser Health reported on a new outbreak at Derby Manor, a self-employed housing facility in Burnaby, after a member tested positive for COVID-19.
