Brazil’s state of Paraná will produce Russian COVID-19 vaccine

BRASILIA – The Brazilian state of Paraná reached an agreement with Russia on Wednesday to produce a COVID-19 vaccine that Moscow has presented as able to be put on the market, the state press said.
