Brazil’s National Federation of Journalists reported 116 times that it attacked the media year
Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro criticized the hounds on Monday, a day after he threatened to beat a journalist who had him on corruption charges involving the first lady.
Speaking on one occasion called “Brazil beating Covid”, Bolsonaro accused the hounds of “malice” and “debauchery”, adding that they were high-risk “big butts” of the new coronavirus.
The far-right leader, who spread the virus in July, said he had recovered from his beyond as an “athlete” in the army, where he was captain.
“But when one of you catches him, the chances of survival are much lower. You know how to use your pens with malice,” he told reporters who covered the event.
The explosion came a day after Bolsonaro, 65, threatened a journalist accusing him that his wife, Michelle, had won cash from a political agent being investigated for corruption.
“I’m going to punch you in the mouth,” Bolsonaro told the reporter at the main newspaper O Globo.
Bolsonaro, known as the “tropical Trump,” has had a tense relationship with the press since taking office in January 2019.

Bolsonaro also took the opportunity on Monday to reiterate his compliment for the hydroxychloroquine drug coronavirus.
Bolsonaro opposed the use of blocking measures to involve the Covid-19, boosting the antimalarial drug, even though a number of clinical studies place it as useless against the virus.
“They have stored thousands and thousands of lives in Brazil,” he told an organization of doctors that, like him, the use of the drug in Patients with Covid-19.
“If hydroxychloroquine had been politicized, many more lives could have been saved. “
Bolsonaro has attributed hydroxychloroquine to its own cure for coronavirus.
Brazil has the current number of infections and deaths in the pandemic, after the United States: more than 3. 6 million and 115,000, respectively.
