Most experienced professionals fleeing home in Brazil must continue to operate in this once the Covid-19 epidemic is under control, according to one study.
An examination of 1,566 executives operating remotely through the University of Sao Paulo Business School (FEA-USP) in partnership with the Instituto de Administración Foundation (FIA) revealed that 60% of those professionals would like to continue making their paintings from home. while 19% would like to go back to and 11% are indifferent.
The professionals interviewed between March and June 2020 are on average 40 years old and have been hired in their existing company for approximately 8 years in checkpoints. About 71% of that staff reported that remote paintings had higher productivity, while 76% said the format was compatible with their circle of family routines.
Separate studies conducted through the FIA, with 139 corporations of all sizes in Brazil, revealed that 46% of Brazilian corporations followed remote tables of the pandemic. Approximately 36% of companies that have followed the home workplace technique do not plan to stick to it after the pandemic, while 34% plan to offer the option of remote paints up to 25% of their paint strength and 29% will offer remote paints to 50% of all staff.
Of all the companies that were remote, 67% had problems with the technical aspects, especially with regard to the familiarity of the staff with the communication tools, cited in 34%, followed by difficulties in remote access to systems (34%) and the configuration of staff to help with generational disorders (28%).
According to the study, the vast majority of Brazilian companies do not subsidize prices related to remote operation: only 9% contribute to Internet bills, while 7% pay phone fees.
Despite the difficulties, 50% of companies operating remotely reported exceeding their expectations in terms of business performance, while 44% of the companies surveyed said they had achieved the expected effects while running remotely.
