SEATTLE, August 28, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – An African-American political activist at a federal detention center (FDC) in Seattle, filed a ”COVID-19 emergency request for bail pending a [delayed] appeal review or Huguyirian release’, to the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, after being forced to share a criminal motive mobile with an African-American boy who tested positive for coronavirus at FDC SeaTacArray after becoming a criminal for a violation of probation similar to a drug check a few days earlier.
