For most of the summer, the former vice president’s crusade staff have avoided questions about whether Biden, 77, was being tested for COVID-19. After the coronavirus pandemic swept across the country in March, Biden went on a near-virtual crusade while racing at full throttle exclusively at his home in Wilmington, Delaware.
But starting last May, he organized more than two dozen small-scale crusader events, most commonly in the state of his home or neighboring Pennsylvania.With the end of the party’s national conventions and the end of the general election, Biden increased his trips to the primaries.battlefield states across the country.
Responding to questions for the time being this week, Biden advised a COVID-19 test.
“They’re going to do it normally, because everyone in my retail branch and the other people in space with me, they’re all tested, so just, ‘yes, sir,’ I introduce myself and pull out my head when they tell me,” he said.
Asked about the date of the next review, the former vice president replied: “I suppose it will be this week, I just don’t know.It will be a normal base.”
Biden did not reveal the effects of his test. Fox News contacted Biden’s crusade regarding the effects, but did not get an answer.
Biden wears a mask when organizing a crusade event, and cuts it off just to communicate when he’s not socially. President Trump refused for months to wear a mask in public until he relented this summer, but the president, who has been screened for COVID. -19 for months – keep wearing just one in public in moderation.
For months, public fitness experts have suggested Americans wear a mask to prevent the spread of coronavirus; nearly 190,000 people across the country have died this year from coronaviruses; and there are more than 6.1 million cases of COVID-19 in the United States.
After months of resistance, the president began this summer urging Americans to wear masks, but at a rally Thursday night in Pennsylvania’s battlefield state, Trump mocked Biden dressed in a mask.
“Have you ever noticed a boy who loves the mask as much as he does?”said the president to his followers.
“It hooked him. Because it gave him a sense of security. If I were a psychiatrist, okay, you know I’d say,” This guy has big problems. Wait, wait, “Trump added.
When asked Friday to respond to the president’s criticism, Biden said, “I am an intelligent man.I pay attention to scientists. This isn’t a game.Life and death. Life and death.”
And highlighting projections that at least 100,000 more people could die from coronavirus until the end of the year, Biden, pointing to Trump’s mockery, under pressure that it’s hard to respond to something so silly.
Biden has criticized the president’s handling of the coronavirus outbreak and the next economic recession.
On Friday, he said that “the president messed up COVID’s response, seriously spoiled it.”
