Bhutan U-15 to face Bangladesh in SAFF Championship

Bhutan’s U-15 women’s team will play the opening match of the SAFF U-15 Women’s Championship against host Bangladesh on 1 November, coinciding with the coronation day of His Majesty the King.

Bhutan’s 23-player and 4-off-officials team landed in Bangladesh for the tournament after almost 3 years of interruption from foreign competition.

Bhutan, Bangladesh and Nepal are clashing this time. The trio will meet on two other occasions between November 1 and 11. The team with the most problems will be declared the league winner.
