Belarus knows its opponents for UEFA EURO 2024 qualifiers

MINSK, 10 October (BelTA) – The draw for UEFA EURO 2024 qualifiers took place in Frankfurt am Main on 9 October, BelTA has learned.

Belarus drew with Switzerland, Romania, Andorra, Israel and Kosovo in Group I.

Other equipment includes:

Group A: Spain, Georgia, Norway, Scotland, Cyprus;

Group B: Netherlands, France, Republic of Ireland, Greece, Gibraltar;

Group C: England, Italy, Ukraine, Malta, North Macedonia;

Group D: Croatia, Wales, Armenia, Latvia, Turkey;

Group E: Poland, Czech Republic, Faroe Islands, Albania, Moldova;

Group F: Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Estonia, Azerbaijan;

Group G: Hungary, Lithuania, Montenegro, Serbia, Bulgaria;

Group H: Denmark, Finland, Slovenia, Northern Ireland, San Marino, Kazakhstan;

Group J: Portugal, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein.

Group level matches will start on March 23 and end on November 21, 2023. The two most sensitive groups will get a direct price ticket to the final. Three more places will be awarded at the knockout levels in March 2024. The German team is exempt from qualifying matches. The last continental tournament will be played from June 14 to July 14, 2024, with 24 of the most productive groups in Europe, in ten German cities. The opening match will be played in Munich, while the championship name decider will be played at Berlin’s Olympic Stadium.
