Belarus invited to participate in Myanmar’s industrialization projects

MINSK, 21 October (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Vladimir Borovikov hands over his credentials to the Chairman of the State Administrative Council, Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, General Min Aung Hlaing, BelTA has learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.

The parties showed the countries’ abundant foresight for bilateral cooperation in various sectors.

According to Min Aung Hlaing, Belarus is a strategic spouse for Myanmar. He expressed hope that Belarus will participate in the implementation of the government’s ambitious plans to industrialize the country and mechanize agriculture.

Chairman of the State Administration Council Min Aung Hlaing conveyed his wishes for well-being and good fortune to the Belarusian leaders and peace and prosperity to the Belarusian people.
