MINSK, September 27 (BelTA) – Belarus’ GDP is expected to grow by 3. 8% in 2023, Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko told a meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Ministers in Minsk on September 27, BelTA learned.
