Bangladesh and Brunei today (October 16, 2022) signed 4 instruments, adding an air agreement, to raise bilateral relations to a new level.
The bilateral tools signed in the presence of Brunei Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah and Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at the Prime Minister’s Office following official talks between the two leaders.
The other 3 bilateral tools are: “MoU on employment and recruitment of Bangladeshi workers”, “MoU on cooperation in the production of liquefied herbal fuel (LNG) and other petroleum products”; and “Protocol of Understanding on the Recognition of Certificates issued under the provisions of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978, as amended”.
