Bangladesh records 15 Covid cases in 24 hours

Bangladesh has reported 15 cases of Covid in 24 hours as of Sunday morning.

With the new figures, the number of instances rises to 2,036,637, to the General Directorate of Health Services (DGHS).

Daily case control positivity rose to 0. 68% from 0. 65% on Saturday, with 2,193 samples controlled in the period.

Mortality and recovery remained unchanged at 1. 45% and 97. 52%, respectively.

In November, 10 Covid-related deaths and 1345 cases were reported.

Bangladesh recorded its highest case count of 16,230 on July 28 last year and 264 deaths on August 10 last year.
