Dubai: Bahrain’s Ministry of Health has announced the detection of 626 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infections shown to 53,433.
Health officials said 105 expatriate employees had been detected with the virus in the last 24 hours, 515 had been inflamed through local contacts with active instances and six were travel-related.
The ministry said another 368 people have recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 50,013.Of the 3,230 active cases, 70 are under repair and 39 are in critical condition.
Meanwhile, 3 patients with COVID-19 succumbed to the fatal virus, bringing the number of deaths in the Kingdom to 193.
The newest ones were detected after the ministry conducted more than 11,734 new COVID-19 tests, bringing the total number of tests conducted to date to 1140,563.
