Dubai: The Kingdom of Bahrain has taken a pioneering step in the global fight against COVID-19 by making the Pfizer XBB 1.5 booster shots available to its residents. Bahrain’s Ministry of Health has officially announced the availability of Pfizer XBB 1. 5 vaccines at number one fitness centers across the country. In an effort to streamline the vaccination procedure and make it more available to the public, the ministry has implemented an exclusive approach.
Effective immediately, those interested in receiving the Pfizer XBB 1. 5 booster can move to designated fitness centers without needing to pre-register online or make an appointment.
For others aged 12 and older, Pfizer XBB 1. 5 booster shots will be administered at gyms, in addition to the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait Health Centre in Hidd, Jidhafs Health Centre, Sitra Health Centre, Youssef Engineer Health Centre and Mohammed Jassim.
