Bahrain: 1538 active instances remain

Dubai: Bahrain’s Ministry of Health announced that the Kingdom had 1,538 active cases of coronavirus after the healing rate was higher, especially as new infections declined, local media reported.

The ministry said it conducted 9,912 COVID-19 tests yesterday, detecting 114 new instances among 33 expatriate workers, active case contacts and 17 passengers. There were 212 COVID-19 recoveries, bringing overall recovery to 83,829.

In recent weeks, the ministry has reported low COVID-19 infections, while the number of cures has exceeded the number of COVID-19 infections.

Lately there are 16 cases of COVID-19 in condition and 28 cases in treatment lately; 1,522 instances are solid out of a total of 1,538 active instances.
