Back to school: Start dates, holidays and COVID-19 measures in Spain

With a summer end, children’s batteries are recharged and are in a position to return to the classrooms.  

And with vaccination for academics in their last section, schools must reopen their doors and welcome academics for a new training logo.  

Young other folks in Spain are returning to schools this month after the summer vacations and almost all lockdown restrictions have been lifted.

The latest Spanish Government guidelines advise that so-called bubble groups could increase to a maximum of 25 or 30 students, depending on the region.

Distance 

There will also be a physical distancing of at least 1. 5 meters among all staff, as well as staff and students.  

However, Spanish government directives imply that the security distance in elegance in the fifth and sixth year of primary, ESO, Baccalaureate and Professional Education can only 1. 2 meters instead of the past established 1. 5 meters.

Calendar 2021-2022

Andalusia

The school year in Cantabrie will begin on September 7 for babies, number one and special education levels. A day later, ESO academics and baccalaureate will.

Castilla la Mancha

  The Infantes Garden academics in the schools of Castilla La Mancha will begin the courses on September 7 and two days later, the number one academics, that, Baccalaureate and Pro will be recorded for them.  

Castilla and Leon

The region will restart its categories of early childhood schooling, number one and special on September 10, while the categories of ESO and baccalaureate will begin five days later on September 15. The vocational education course will begin on September 30.  

Catalonia

In the thirteen September, nursery and number one schools will open their doors in Catalonia, as well as ESO, baccalaureate and vocational classrooms. It will not be until September 21, when the higher education academics of the vocational school begin their courses.

Murcia will begin to teach between September 6 and 9. ESO academics and baccalaureate will begin the course on September 13.

Navarre

Navarra was established on September 8 at the beginning of the Educational Year 2021-2022 for Children, Primary, Special Education, ESO and FP.

Basque Country

According to the 2021-2022 school calendar published in the Basque autonomy, on September 8 all the Infant, Primary, Special Education, ESO and Baccalaureate centres will open their doors.

Rioja

The students of Riojan, the babies, the number one and the special, will begin the course on September 9, while the Baccalaureate and Pro study rooms will open their doors on September 15.

Ceuta

The centers of the Autonomous City of Ceuta were marked on September 10 as the day at the beginning of the school year, either in babies and number one and that.

Melilla

On September 7, the 2021-2022 academic year will begin for Kindergarten, Primary and ESO students. Days later, on September 13, those of Vocational Training will also return to class. 

Valencia
