Azerbaijan claims to have captured a ‘strategic’ mountain from Karabakh forces

Azerbaijani forces on Sunday captured a strategic mountain of Armenian rebels in the separatist Nagorno-Karabakh that is helping to send communications between Yerevan and the Armenian-controlled enclave, the Azerbaijani presidency said.

Azerbaijani forces captured murovdag’s 3,000-meter-high “strategic” summit in Karabakh, president spokesman Hikmet Hajiyev reported.
