Abu Dhabi: Mohammed Sultan Saif Al Suwaidi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Sultanate of Oman, has shown that that of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, to the Sultanate of Oman, which begins on Tuesday, will last two days, at the invitation of his brother, His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tariq Bin Taimur Al Said, Sultan of Oman.
The two leaders will propose investments and respective economies to serve and take advantage of the interests of the people.
He is under pressure that the ties between the UAE and Oman are strong and based on a long and not unusual ancient legacy, on relationships embodied by the past because Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed, may God rest in their souls.
“Today, in the UAE and the brotherly Sultanate of Oman, we enjoy prominent relations and follow an accelerated and confident plan of ourselves, reinforced through social, cultural and geographical values, and the continued help of the two sensible leaders. The UAE and Oman continue to aspire to their partnership in many other areas,” Al Suwaidi added.
Regarding the characteristics and timeline of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in the Sultanate of Oman, the UAE Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman said that a series of vital meetings are planned.
“There is no doubt that there will be vital meetings on the president’s scale in the Sultanate of Oman with Omani officials to strengthen relations between the two countries. Many officials, especially those related to the economy, accompany the UAE leader on the scale in, and the focus will be on the emergence of investment and economy that serves the interests of either peoples,” the ambassador said.
