The Great Place to Work® certification is discovered from the direct feedback of painters, which are provided as part of a thorough and anonymous investigation of the office experience. This year’s survey found that 82% of associate painters report that Associa is a perfect position for paintings, an increase of 3 issues over the past year. Although the COVID-19 pandemic had an effect on career situations in North America this year, 94% of workers indicated that Associa is a physically safe workplace.
