It’s been two weeks since Nashville police announced that two men who hosted the notorious East Nashville Fashion House party are charged with violating emergency physical conditioning orders for the coronavirus pandemic.
Since then, one of them has already pleaded guilty in the case that temporarily generated public complaints after photos and videos were posted appearing a lot of visitors partying nearby without mask or social esttachment.
On Tuesday, prison records from the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office showed that the other man, Christopher “Shi” Eubank, had been arrested.
According to Eubank’s Instagram account, he is on a beach.
A series of photos and videos posted on her public social media account on Sunday and Monday show it on Isla Mujeres, a Mexican Caribbean island off the coast of Cancun.
A photo of him sitting shirtless on a Cancun pier was posted on Monday with the caption “Business phone. “
The day before, he posted a photo showing the art of tattooing on his back. “Array Paintings Never Stop . . . Even in Paradise,” he writes.
Eubank, 40, and Jeffrey Mathews, 36, were charged with 3 counts of violating emergency fitness orders after having a big party on Fern Avenue on August 1.
Police said violated orders from the Nashville Metropolitan Department of Health that restrict social gatherings to 25 people, impose masks in some settings and require adequate social distance of six feet.
On August 11, the day the government announced that the men would be charged, police said the two men were in Nashville to be arrested and ordered to return to the city.
On August 12, Mathews, a Goodlettsville dentist, surrendered on the charges.
Two days later, Mathews made an impression in court and pleaded guilty to one charge. The other two fees were eliminated through the prosecutors. He also issued a letter of apology – that is, to his neighbors – through his Nashville attorney as part of his guilty plea, court records show. Mathews sentenced to 3 months probation and 8 hours of network service.
Don Aaron, a spokesman for the Metro Nashville Police Department, said police had not spoken to Eubank since publicly announcing that he was facing charges.
The department’s Specialized Research Division tried, Aaron said.
“He knows he has three notable terms and has been about to give up,” Aaron said Tuesday. “We plan to serve you on your return. Obviously, we know where Fern’s assets are. We’re through. “
The assets of East Nashville where the party took place are made up of 3 houses at one address: 21 Fern Ave. Among them, one belongs to Mathews and the other belongs to Eubank, singer of the organization Savage After Midnight. Fashion House’s Instagram account is also connected to Eubank’s Instagram account.
According to its website, Eubank is a co-owner of Southern Roofing and Renovations in Nashville.
“I’m building a ton of houses in Nashville, one of which is my private home,” Eubank told Inside Music in an October 2019 podcast interview. “I’m building an AirBNB group, me and a friend, and them They’re pretty sick. They’re sitting on this ridge that overlooks the entire downtown Nashville Array . . . (we’re) demolishing old houses and Array hoods . . . three stories, you open the balcony doors, I pass out on my balcony and It’s just Nashville. It’s wonderful. “
After the party, Nashville Mayor John Cooper’s workplace said he had issued an asset use suspension order for illegally operating an advertising business in a residential domain because an active LLC was operating outdoors of the residence.
Since Tuesday, no one else has been charged in connection with the party.
