Artsakh lifts access and exit restrictions as the number of COVID-19s in Armenia’s ARMENPRESS Armenian News Agency decreases

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 8, ARMENPRESS. The Artsakh lifts the closure of its border with Armenia related to the coronavirus.

Artsakh citizens are no longer required to download permission to leave the country.

The requirement to go through mandatory COVID-19 control when entering the country is also exempted.

However, upon arrival, travelers will be screened for fever and symptoms upon arrival.

Artsakh’s Minister of Development and Territorial Administration, Zhirayr Mirzoyan, who heads the COVID-19 group of corridors, said the explanation of why to lift the ban relief on coronavirus transmission rates in Armenia.

At the same time, he asked the Artsakhis to continue security measures.
