ARMENPRESS reports that in the seventh round of the World Olympiad in the Indian city of Chennai, the Armenian women’s team defeated Israel with a score of 2. 5-1. 5. Only Susanna Gaboyan celebrated the victory, while Elina Danielyan, Lilit Mkrtchyan and Anna Sargsyan finished in a draw.
In the last 6 rounds, the Armenian national team celebrated five victories (Botswana, Norway, Ireland, Indonesia, England) and lost to Estonia. The World Chess Olympiad will be held this year in Chennai, India, from July 29 to August 10. .
