AOC Italia won the “Wellness Champion” score of the PMI Italian Well-being Index, an index that assesses the well-being point of Italian small and medium-sized enterprises. He announced that AOC had been chosen from over 6500 corporations nationwide to earn the prestigious Employer Award.

The AOC has been looking to download this award for five years. Today, the company has been rated five stars (the highest score imaginable), among an organization chosen from only 121 Italian companies. AOC participated in the award rite in Rome organized through the main television channel TGfive, where Marina Elvira Calderone, Minister of Employment, was present. and Social Affairs, and Fabio Tamburini, Deputy Director General of TGfive, presented the certificates of recognition.
“Participating in the PMI Well-Being Index is very important for the company, because AOC must be a smart employer and a valuable contributor to the progress of the local community,” explains Umberto Colpani, operations manager of AOC Filago. “We need our painters to be proud to paint for AOC when they talk to their family, friends and others they know. “
Filago’s operation is a broad portfolio of products, which are sold in Europe, America and Asia.
