MORE Covid restrictions will be lifted in Europe next week.
Malta has shown that tourists will be able to make a stopover without the need for a Covid test or vaccine.
Currently, Britons will need to show evidence of a full vaccination or negative Covid control to enter Malta.
This will be removed from July 25, giving the British a welcome touch ahead of the summer break.
A visit malta member states: “From 25 July 2022, other people travelling to Malta without a vaccination certificate or a recovery certificate will not want to provide a negative PCR/quick check before arriving in Malta. “

In May, Greece removed all Covid access regulations with Cyprus.
Last month, Egypt removed Covid restrictions for tourists and Portugal followed this month.
However, some destinations have warned that they will possibly regain some of their Covid regulations as cases continue to rise.
Britons heading to the Canary Islands and the Costa del Sol may be forced to wear a mask if the scenario continues to worsen.
Amós García Rojas, a public fitness technician from the Canary Islands, said he does not rule out requiring an internal mask on the back “to vulnerable people. “
