SRINAGAR: The American India Foundation (AIF) is a Banyan Impact Scholarship for the year 2024.
The American India Foundation (AIF) Banyan Impact Fellowship is an interdisciplinary learning initiative. It engages young professionals from India and the United States, immersing them in the service of progress organizations in India. By fostering collaboration and building capacity, fellows and the percentage of local communities gain their wisdom and skills to lead projects that promote social and economic progress. The program provides a depth of local progress and inclusive leadership.
In addition to The Banyan Impact Fellowship Programme, AIF offers fellows an extra avenue for professional development that is The Atlas Corps Virtual Leadership Institute (VLI). Formed through a partnership with Atlas Corps in 2021, this extension aligns with AIF’s mission to bolster US-India objectives by broadening the organization’s commitment to nurturing the leadership skills of future global leaders.
The application procedure is absolutely online on the official online website and the deadline is February 20, 2024. The program runs from October 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025.
For eligibility criteria:
Applicants will need to be U. S. citizens, permanent U. S. citizens, and U. S. citizens. U. S. citizens or Indian citizens. Applicants must be between the ages of 21 and 35 at the start of the program on October 1, 2024.
Applicants will need to have a bachelor’s degree or other undergraduate degree before beginning the program. Applicants will be required to demonstrate their willingness and ability to serve on-site in India for the duration of the program.
