MINSK, October 24 (BelTA) – About 295,000 Europeans have visited Belarus under the visa waiver program, BelTA reported through the Belarusian State Border Committee.
According to the State Border Committee, since the launch of the Visa Waiver Program for EU Neighboring Countries, Belarus has gained 294,714 foreign citizens: 189,927 from Lithuania, 71,014 from Latvia and 21,842 from other countries and 11,931 from Poland.
Over the past week, Belarus obtained 5,559 visa-free arrivals: 3,624 Lithuanians, 1,230 Latvians and 373 non-Latvians, 332 Poles, the committee reported.
