Affordable Housing: Freedom Estate launches COVID-19 special promotion

Freedom Garden City Estate (FGC) has introduced a special COVID-19 promotion to spice up homes in the country.

With the new promotion according to a Leadership yesterday in Abuja, signed through the chief marketing officer, developers of FGC’s Webmark Estate Service, Olapeace Ogunfile, said Nigerians can pay 20% of the actual value of a construction and get an allowance, a bag of rice, peanut oil and distribute the balance for 12 months a year.

The press release states that asset control is a thriving business in Nigeria, lucrative and that’s why Webmark Estate Services is in a position to supply decent and affordable homes to Nigerians.

The readings in part: “Freedom Domain managers are ready to offer you sumptuous and spacious government-approved plots, where original documents are guaranteed at Freedom Garden Estate in Lugbe, near Idu Station and Baze University; Freedom Garden Estate, Gurku, popularly called New Maitama behind Mpape Hills, about 20 minutes from Asokoro; Freedom Garden City Estate, Karshi behind military barracks and about 20 minutes drive from Apo Hills and the paramilitary property of kuje, behind a wooden shed near the century megacity, customs rooms and immigration headquarters ”.

He said the package costs are affordable, adding that with only 2 million nairas consistent with the plot for Lugbe and Kuje, 600,000 naira for Gurku and 500,000 nairas for Karshi with a 10% reduction in direct pay at one of the sites.

The press claims that with a consistent deposit of 50 cents, it guarantees movement to the site, Array 400 cents of blocks and 10 bags of cement, while the balance can be extended for one year.
