Abraflex Ltd. will donate $5,000 to the COVID-19 reaction award won by Desjardins Group to United Way

Paisley, Ontario, October 16, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – The Organization of Canadian Nuclear Industries (OCNI) is proud to recognize Abraflex’s paintings in the fight against COVID-19 and support local network paintings through his tireless paintings and donations to United Way. After the COVID-19 outbreak, Abraflex’s highly professional and experienced team mobilized and acted temporarily to produce the PPE fabrics essential to Ontario’s efforts. Demonstrating the true spirit of Ontario, we are extremely happy to recognize the paintings Abraflex continues to make, a painting that led Desjardins Group to provide Abraflex with a $5,000 check that was given to the local United Way.

OCNI member Abraflex is a manufacturer of non-public protective devices for the nuclear force industry, has a WNSL with the CNSC, and has a fully operational laundry on 44 acres of well-zoned space.

The Desjardins expansion program, implemented through Desjardins in 2019, consists of monetary assistance up to 25% of the project position, up to a maximum of $10,000 This fund is primarily for Desjardins members applying for monetary assistance in the following categories: innovation, corporate succession, development of foreign markets, investment in skills, investment in energy-efficient equipment.
