NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (AP) – The University of Connecticut reported a new COVID-19 case set-up Wednesday, hours after leaders of the state’s public and personal universities declared their schools fit to reopen after months of preparation to make them as safe as you can imagine during the coronavirus pandemic.
