ASTANA. KAZINFORM An 83-year-old madman has died from the coronavirus in Kazakhstan in the last 24 hours, Kazinform reports, mentioning the press service of the Ministry of Health.
“The guy wasn’t vaccinated. He had an underlying physical condition: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and high blood pressure,” the press service explained.
Previously, the ministry had reported 87 new cases of COVID-19 detected across the country. Two other people were diagnosed with COVID pneumonia.
Another 2600 people are now receiving treatment for coronavirus infection across the country. Of these, 259 are receiving hospital care and 2341 are at home.
According to the most recent data, it is estimated that seven patients are in serious condition, six patients in critical condition and two other patients on life support.
