SINGAPORE: A total of 62,000 employees have still been scheduled for their mandatory COVID-19 testing by the Saturday detection deadline (September 5).

Those who do not will not return to work, said in joint press the Ministry of Labour (MOM), the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), the Economic Development Council (EDB) and the Health Promotion Council (HPB). Tuesday launch.

To date, approximately 1,500 employers still want to log in to DGPS’s swab registration formula to schedule their workers for their regime tests. This represents approximately 8 consistent with the percentage of the total number of employers who have to do so.

As a component of the guards to ensure that they return to work, staff staying in the dormitories, structure, marine and procedural staff and staff at the structure sites will have to go through regime tests every 14 days.

Employers are reminded that such staff must have carried out a swab check in the last 14 days and have begun their 14-day regime control cycle.

Workers who have not done so will have their AccessCode prestige reflected in red under “health prestige” and will not be able to return to work, the press release says.

“We remind those employers to temporarily schedule their workers’ appointment times to avoid interruptions in their business activities. They can see the control locations in the swab registration formula when reserving appointment dates.

“This includes 18 regional detection centers across the island, such as the Old Police Academy, The Float-Marina Bay and test sites in some dormitories specially designed for their residents,” added the press.

Once staff have been programmed in the swab registration formula for the first time, they will be assigned new dates for long-term regime control swabs in the list.

Employers will need to sign in to the swab registration formula to check if there are new staff for which they wish to make appointments.

The government stated that employers who behave irresponsiblely and consistently do not schedule staff for regime testing on the list may see their privileges reduced in good luck.

BCA has taken steps to oppose an organization of corporations and their staff that have not undergone regime tests for a long era, despite reminders to their employers.

BCA stated that it had cancelled authorization to repaint for 1,148 employees so far. These employees will be allowed to repaint once they have undergone the regimen tests on their list.
