MANILA, Philippines – The Ministry of Health (DOH) on Monday recorded 2298 new COVID-19s, bringing the country’s number to 385,400.
The DOH also recorded an additional 87 recoveries, bringing the total to 348,830, while the death toll increased to 7,269 after another 32 died from fatal respiratory disease.
The DOH has removed 11 duplicates of the total number of instances, 4 of which are recovered instances and one death.
In addition, thirteen cases in the past classified as recovered were reclassified as deaths.
