MANILA, Philippines – The number of Philippine National Police (PNP) officials with COVID-19 increased to 2048, with 11 new infections reported on Tuesday.

Of the new cases, seven are in the Police Office of the National Capital Region, two in the Regional Office of the Central Police of Visayas and one is Central Luzon PRO and Northern Mindanao PRO.
Currently, the Philippines has more than 83,000 COVID-19 samples, where 1,947 patients have died and 26,617 have recovered.
