SINGAPORE: Singapore reported 102 new cases of COVID-19 at noon on Thursday, five in the network and six imported infections, the Ministry of Health (MOH) said.

This brings the total number of Singapore to 55,497, and deaths remain at 27.

Four of the imported COVID-19s reported on Thursday were sailors arriving in Singapore in a shipment from India on 8 August.

The 4 Filipino citizens, with a special pass, are also connected to the Filipino sailor, reported in Wednesday’s update.

The four men, aged between 24 and 33, had disembarked from the shipment after arriving in Singapore, the ministry of fitness said.

They reported having had symptoms between 9 and 12 August and were washed aboard the vessel, where they remained until the effects of the control yielded positive results for COVID-1nine, the Ministry of Health said. They were then taken by ambulance to a hospital.

The other two imported cases are Singaporeans: a 30-year-old man who returned from the Philippines on 11 August and a 25-year-old who returned from the United Arab Emirates on 1 August.

Both had been launched upon arrival in Singapore and had proven their notification.

COMMUNITY CASES

Of the cases of networked painting, one is a permanent resident of Singapore and 4 have a paint permit, the Ministry of Health said.

The permanent resident, a 44-year-old woman, had been known as a touch with a case in the past and quarantined he before. It was tested at 40.

The other 4 netpainting infections are lately similar to other cases. Men, aged between 20 and 50, carry paintings from Bangladesh, India, Myanmar and Malaysia.

Three of these cases were known as a result of a regular review of an essential service staff living in outdoor dormitories.

The remaining case was tested as a component of efforts to detect others in COVID-19 front-line operations, the Ministry of Health said.

The remaining 91 new instances are similar to migrant dormitories.

The Ministry of Health said Thursday that the number of new ones in the network has remained solid at an average of two consistent with the day over the more than two weeks.

The number of unrelated instances in the network has remained strong on average in a case consistent with the day over the next two weeks.

“We will continue to monitor these figures to a large extent, as well as the instances detected by our surveillance program,” the ministry of fitness said.
