But thousands of Brits have also been reported to police for breaking the 14-day quarantine rule.
Switzerland, Jamaica, and the Czech Republic have been added to the UK’s quarantine list.
Brits returning after 4am on Saturday will need to isolate for 14 days.
This will allow thousands of employees to return to their offices for the first time in six months.
Shops, bars and restaurants can reach an economic increase of 650 million pounds.
Education Secretary Gavin Williamson said returning academics will have a “positive impact” on Britain’s launch.
Speaking to The Sun on Sunday, he said: “Let us recognize that with the return of the children, opening schools to our children, we are opening the country to all.
“Bringing peoples and cities back to life, seeing other people much further out. I think that will be one of the additional consequences of childcare.”
The return of children to school will bring Britain and the economy to life with 650 million pounds, says Gavin Williamson
ANGER IN GERMANY OVER RESTRICTIONS
Far-right extremists tried to provoke a typhoon in the construction of the German parliament on Saturday.
A protest opposed to the restrictions of the country’s coronavirus pandemic followed, but they were forcibly intercepted and evicted.
Tens of thousands of others demonstrated to oppose the use of a mask and other government measures to prevent the spread of the killer virus.
The police ordered the protesters to disband halfway around their march around Berlin after participants refused to practice social estrangement regulations.
But a demonstration near the capital’s iconic Brandenburg Gate took place as planned.
The images showed many people, some waving the flag of the German Reich from 1871-1918 and other far-right banners, running towards the construction and stairs of the Reichstag.
Police showed on Twitter that several other people had damaged through a cordon in front of Parliament and entered the stairs of the Reichstag construction, but not in the construction itself.
Germany’s most sensible security official condemned the incident.
“The construction of the Reichstag is the office of our Parliament and the symbolic center of our liberal democracy,” said Interior Minister Horst Seehofer.
“It’s unbearable for vandaks and extremists to abuse it,” he added.

MUGGED OFF
The stars of Winter Series Of Love Island would have lost 500,000 euros due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Competitors of the successful ITV2 make money from brand agreements and public appearances, but since they have all been remote, this has not been possible.
Finn Tapp and Paige Turley (pictured below) won the first ever winter season of the reality programme on February 23, but less than a month later the UK went into lockdown.
“The stars of Winter Love Island are going to lose huge sums of money, a competition of up to 500,000 euros,” said Jack Cooper, a public expert at EdHopkinsPR.
“The club’s appearances are also lost due to their closure, which may have brought them up to 5,000 euros per hour,” he continued in Metro.co.uk.
“In the absence of occasions to participate, a wide variety of media exhibitions are also lost, with no stories to tell in the press.”

MESSI REFUSES TO TEST CORONAVIRUS
Lionel Messi will go through a pre-season coronavirus control scheduled for Sunday or return to education on Monday after his shocking announcement this week that he should leave Barcelona, Spanish media reported on Saturday.
Spanish sports newspaper Marca said Messi was “going into the war” with his club when making the decision.
The Vanguard reported that Messi will communicate their resolve not to enroll their peers in the first education consultation with new coach Ronald Koeman.
La Vanguardia announced that a letter would be signed through Jorge Messi, the player’s father and agent, and Messi has already informed the president of Barcelona, Josep Maria Bartomeu, of his decision.
Messi informed the club on Tuesday that he wanted to leave immediately, which plunged Barca into further confusion less than two weeks after his humiliating 8-2 Defeat in the Champions League to Bayern Munich.
According to Spanish media, lawyers representing Messi said he did not want education because he had already expressed a preference for leaving the club and that his contract was terminated.
They allege a four-year contractual clause, signed in 2017, which would have allowed Messi to give up the salary if he had asked for it before June 10.
They will argue that this date, nominally the end of the season, is no longer applicable after the coronavirus delays that led to the season extension and the team that played until August.
Under the terms of the contract that expires in 2021, the only way for Messi to leave without the club’s consent is if a rival team pays its 700 million euro termination clause ($833 million).
There has been speculation about destinations imaginable for Messi, and the favorites so far join Manchester City, PSG and Inter Milan.

The main routes A5 and A55 from England were occupied as families headed towards the coast and countryside on sunny and windy days.
At one point, there’s a multi-kilometre queue on the A55 in Flintshire.
FRANCE WARNS OF NEW LOCKDOWN
France recorded its highest daily accumulation of coronavirus infections in five months.
President Emmanuel Macron warned that the most affected country could face a national blockade as a result.
On Friday, the government reported 7,379 new instances of Covid-19, the amount since the country left the closure.
In theory, nothing can be ruled out,” Macron told reporters when asked about a new and imaginable national blockade.
“I’ve learned a lot from what we went through for 8 months if I’d said I completely excluded it.
“Containment is the crudest measure to fight a virus,” he said, while urged others to be “collectively very rigorous,” he added.
Macron said his government supported regional measures to prevent epidemics and would do everything imaginable to save him a broader block by learning to live with the virus.
Marseille, the largest city of the time in the country, a red zone seven days ago, and imposed the mandatory use of face masks.
France’s strict two-month blockade in the spring devastated its economy, but is credited with the sudden slowdown in the virus.

Speaking from his mansion in Santa Barbara, he said: “We have a Rugby World Cup next year.

FRANCE: THOUSANDS OF NEW CASES
France reported on Saturday 5453 new coronavirus infections.
Health chiefs described the outbreak as “worrying” after an increase last day when the country recorded its number of cases since mid-March.
The “exponential” increase in the number of new cases on Friday to 7,379 marked the largest figure reported since France imposed a lockout at the height of the pandemic.
“The drive for transmission expansion is a major concern,” the Ministry of Health said on its website.
Despite the even greater number of new cases, a doctor in Paris said the existing scenario is different in February and March, when the virus spread uncontrollably.
“We have our mistakes.
“We have achieved a lot in terms of treatment.
“For example, we know that dexamethasone … works and has an effect on mortality,” said Karine Lacombe, head of the infectious diseases unit at the Saint-Antoine Hospital in Paris.
THE UK MAKES IT EASIER TO BLOCK THE CORONAVIRUS

SCOTLAND POSTS THE LARGEST DAILY INCREASE IN COVID-19
Scotland has recorded 88 new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours, the largest buildup in the past week.
The largest number of new instances came here from the Greater Glasgow and Clyde Health Board, which recorded an accumulation of 36 since Friday.
No further deaths have been reported, according to Scottish government statistics.
The areas where the localized outbreaks were treated saw a slight increase in new cases, with six at NHS Grampian, seven in Lanarkshire, 11 in Tayside and two in Scottish Borders.
On Twitter, the Prime Minister said the accumulation of cases is due to a build-up of evidence, and that the proportion of other tested people who have positive effects remains less than 1%.
Saturday’s figure for new instances is the largest build-up since Saturday, August 22, when a jump of 123 was recorded.
However, Saturday in general is the most accumulated time on a single day since May 22, when it was shown that another 113 people had the virus.
Meanwhile, NHS Greater and Glasgow and Clyde said they were in favor of Covid-19 contacts around gilmour-Dean Eurostampa in Glasgow.
He stated that public fitness groups had systematically established a list of close contacts and that Test and Protect contacted the well-known people, who were begged to self-isolate.
HANCOCK WARNING OF EXTENSIVE LOCKS
Matt Hancock warned that a momentary wave of coronavirus is a “serious threat” to the UK and would result in additional restrictions.
The fitness secretary said the country could see the return of difficult regulations and radical local blockades if cases rise in winter.
He told The Times that a second wave situation is “avoidable but easy,” with the reopening of schools bringing a new set of challenges.
“A wave of moment is obviously visual in other parts of the world,” he said.
“It’s a very serious threat. But so far, in the UK, we must keep the number of new instances unchanged through a combination of testing and traceability and local locks.
“This is the worst case scenario, which is that we have a strong flu and a coronavirus expansion while other people spend more time indoors.
“Cases are increasing and we want to stay in extensive local closures or take further action at the national level. We ruled it out, but we want to see it.”

But he added that “containment is the craziest measure for a virus” and that outbreaks can simply be prevented if the public remains “collectively very rigorous.”
U.S. UNIVERSITY ‘PREVENTED AN EPIDEMIC BY MONITORING WASTEWATER’
The University of Arizona said it could prevent a coronavirus outbreak by tracking tewater.
The school said it combines more non-unusual preventive measures, such as swab testing and contact tracing with a water testing program in its student dorms, NBC News reported.
The approach is known as wastewater-based epidemiology and testers to identify cases of viruses in a larger group.
Once cases have been discovered in a dormitory called Likins Hall, citizens can be individually evaluated.
He later learned that two scholars in the bedroom had contracted the virus, but were asymptomatic.
